On Saturday, October 20,
The Children's Clinic will be hosting the
"2012 Annual Beach Walk: Walk for Health" at Marina Green on Shoreline Drive.
The event will feature a 5K Walk, 1K Walk Race for Kids (kids 12 and under), free lunch provided by
Long Beach Fire Department, music and entertainment by
Power 106, the
Greener Good Farmer's Market, and the
Healthy Food Day Festival.
Registration is $30 for individual walkers, $25 for team walkers (minimum of 5 walkers), and $15 for student walkers (with ID). Kids 12 and under are FREE!
